Executive order attempting to end birthright citizenship

Trump signed Executive Order 14160 attempting to end birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants and temporary visa holders, directly violating the 14th Amendment. The order denies citizenship to babies born after February 19, 2025 if the mother is unlawfully present and father is not a US citizen or lawful permanent resident, or if the mother is lawfully but temporarily present (tourist/student/work visa) and father is not a US citizen or LPR.
