Endorses Dr. Oz with crude remarks, attacks McCormick as 'liberal Wall Street Republican'

At a rally in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, Trump endorsed celebrity doctor Mehmet Oz for U.S. Senate with a crude sexualized comment: Oz "is on that screen, he's in those bedrooms of all those women." Trump praised Oz as having "by far the best chance to win" and someone who "truly believes in the 'Make America Great Again' movement...He believes in it 100%." Trump viciously attacked rival Republican Dave McCormick, calling him a "liberal Wall Street Republican" who is "not MAGA." He mocked McCormick's attempts to gain favor: "If anybody was within 200 miles of me, he hired them." Trump's primary attack focused on McCormick assigning responsibility for January 6 to Trump, predicting McCormick would "quickly fold to the fake news...and immediately to the radical-left Democrats." The endorsement demonstrated Trump's use of crude personal remarks and his litmus test requiring candidates to deny his culpability for January 6.
