In the wake of the Capitol insurrection, a wave of resignations swept through the Trump administration. Cabinet Secretaries Elaine Chao (Transportation) and Betsy DeVos (Education) were among the most prominent to depart, citing their distress over the events of January 6 and Trump's response.
