Ostensibly in Georgia to campaign for Senators Loeffler and Perdue, Trump spent much of his Valdosta rally airing grievances about the presidential election. He falsely claimed "we're winning this election" and attacked Governor Kemp, complicating the GOP's message for the upcoming Senate runoffs.
