Just days after federal authorities revealed a plot by right-wing extremists to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Trump attacked her at a rally in Muskegon, demanding she "open up your state." When the crowd chanted "Lock her up," Trump did not discourage them, instead saying "Lock 'em all up," continuing to target a public official who had just been the subject of a violent conspiracy.
