Uses tank-plant speech to attack John McCain for not thanking him

Speaking to workers at the Lima Army Tank Plant, Trump revisited his feud with the late Sen. John McCain, insisting he "never liked" McCain, blaming him for the Russia dossier, and boasting that he approved the elaborate funeral the family wanted without receiving a "thank you" for it seven months after McCain's death.
