Attacks James Comey as "untruthful slime ball" ahead of book release

Ahead of the release of former FBI Director James Comey's memoir "A Higher Loyalty," Trump launched a Twitter tirade calling Comey an "untruthful slime ball" and a "proven LEAKER & LIAR." He claimed it was his "great honor" to fire Comey, despite previously admitting on TV that he fired him over the "Russia thing." The attacks aimed to discredit Comey's detailed account of Trump's demand for loyalty and request to drop the Michael Flynn investigation.
