Claims the FBI missed Parkland because it was "spending too much time" on Russia

Two days after the Parkland school shooting, Trump tweeted that the FBI "missed all of the many signals sent by the Florida school shooter" because agents were "spending too much time trying to prove Russian collusion with the Trump campaign," insisting "there is no collusion" instead of addressing gun laws.
