Claims Nunes memo "totally vindicates" him despite its contents

After authorizing the release of the partisan Nunes memo against FBI advice, Trump tweeted that it "totally vindicates 'Trump' in probe," calling the investigation an "American disgrace" and a "Witch Hunt," even though the memo actually confirmed the FBI investigation began months before the Steele dossier.
