Releases “Argument for America” closing ad with anti-Semitic tropes
The Trump campaign released a final TV ad, “Argument for America,” which overlaid audio about a “global power structure” that “robbed our working class” with images of three prominent Jewish figures: George Soros, Janet Yellen, and Lloyd Blankfein. The Anti-Defamation League and other observers condemned the ad for employing classic anti-Semitic conspiracy tropes about international bankers and globalists controlling the levers of power.
