Proposes closing parts of the Internet to fight ISIS
At the Dec. 15, 2015 Republican debate in Las Vegas, Trump said the U.S. might have to "close up" or "shut down" parts of the Internet used by ISIS and insisted that tech experts could make it happen, brushing aside civil-liberties concerns and suggesting that curbing online speech was a straightforward security fix.
