Wins civil lawsuit against 87-year-old investor

A federal jury in Chicago ruled in favor of Trump in a civil lawsuit brought by 87-year-old investor Jacqueline Goldberg. Goldberg alleged that Trump cheated her in a "bait-and-switch" scheme regarding the purchase of two condos at the Trump International Hotel and Tower, claiming he reneged on a profit-sharing promise. Trump testified in his own defense, and the jury rejected Goldberg's claims of fraud and breach of contract.
