Trump Tower Tampa buyers accuse Trump of fraudulent misrepresentations

A first amended complaint filed Jan. 11, 2010 in Aaron et al. v. Trump Organization alleges that Donald Trump and his company made fraudulent and negligent misrepresentations when marketing the never-built Trump Tower Tampa, misleading buyers into believing Trump was the developer rather than a licensor collecting branding fees.
