Trump sues developers of failed Trump Ocean Resort Baja project

Donald Trump filed a $40 million lawsuit in federal court in Manhattan against the developers of the stalled Trump Ocean Resort Baja condo-hotel project in Mexico after buyers sued him over lost deposits. Trump said he only licensed his name and alleged the developers breached the licensing deal and kept using his brand in a project that collapsed amid the 2008-09 financial crisis.
